Absolutely loved our visit to the Ballston Lakeview Tavern! Jen and her team were lovely — super friendly and made us feel right at home. The outdoor seating has beautiful views of the lake and there is tons of parking. I ordered a cheeseburger which was the best I have had in years — perfectly cooked. This place is a hidden gem. Definitely worth the trip, and I’ll be back soon!!

Okay, everyone, please bring yourself, your family,and friends, not to mention....Padres day is coming, and this is where you and your dad want be! Trust that the food, from Wings to the sandwich to please the pickiest, will delight and satisfy. Summer is on The up tic in ballston Lake! What did I not mention the view?! Come see. Magical…, if I do say so myself.

I’m a Schenectady native who has been living in Arizona for the last 5 years. My fiancé are in town for a wedding and we’ve been trying to squeeze as much as we can into this trip! I’m so glad we were able to visit Lakeview Tavern last night with the soon-to-be bride! We enjoyed a couple rounds of drinks, mozz sticks and wings (THE BEST), burgers, and the club sandwich. Everything was incredible, but our server Jillian really made the experience! She got us a table by the window overlooking the lake, took our order and brought our food quickly, and made sure our drinks were always full. I’m only disappointed that we won’t have time to eat here again before we go back to AZ!

Walked into the tavern and the place was packed with a short wait. I sat at the bar and had a draft within 5 minutes. I ordered the wings and they came out 10 to 15 minutes later. Lots of meat, cooked perfectly, great flavor.

Food was great! We are a family of 7 so it’s not always easy to go out but this is our second time there as a family, and everyone leaves happy and full! Burgers are exceptional! Glad to have a place like this around now!

Wings were crispy and delicious. Tavern club had fresh turkey. Service was attentive and friendly. It was very pleasant talking to one of the owners. The view of the lake was so pretty.

The owner (Dave) started 20 North 15ish years ago, and I was a regular there for many years. Had the pleasure of trying Ballston Lakeview Tavern last week, and it was superb. The food, service, and ambiance are all excellent - and Dave (big beard) is still a mainstay, delivering drinks, foods, etc. He knows how to run a great restaurant/bar. The vibe is friendly for families, so if you want a place where you can get wings, beer, and still bring your kids, this place fits the bill!
